KEY PEOPLE
 

Mr Bosun Odanye

Mr Bosun Odanye is the principal and managing partner of the firm. He holds a bachelor of law degree from University of Hertfordshire England and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, also in England. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

Aderonke Ojora 

Aderonke is a partner in the firm. She holds a bachelor of law degree from the University of Warwick in England. Aderonke’s legal  career commenced in the law firm of Ajumogobia and Okeke where she assisted in arbitral proceedings and commercial litigation involving multinational companies operating in Nigeria. Following Ajumogobia and Okeke, she joined Templars, where she worked with clients in diverse multi-faceted and transnational commercial transactions in the oil and gas sector. Since joining M. O. Odanye, Aderonke is the partner in charge of all corporate and commercial matters in the firm. She was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1999

Mr Ola Alokolaro

Mr Ola Alokolaro is a partner of the Firm. He holds a bachelor of law degree from the University of Buckinham UK and a Masters of Law (Natural Resources Law and Policy) from the University of Dundee UK. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999

Mr. Akin Sanda

Mr Akin Sanda holds a B.Sc Political Science from the University of Jos Nigeria. He also holds a bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Essex UK. He handles all matters relating but not limited to Litigation and Advocacy of the Firm. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 1999

Francis A. Adeniyi

Francis started his legal career as far back as 1973 when he served as litigation clerk with the firm of Esan Akinyede & Co (Barristers & Solicitors) in Lagos. He later moved to UTC Nigeria Limited where he worked under the late Chief Olapade Odanye who was the then Legal Adviser and Company Secretary.

Francis rose to the position of Litigation Officer while serving at the UTC Nigeria Limited. In 1977 Francis moved with Chief Olapade Odanye when the former decided to set up his own private practice upon his voluntary retirement from UTC.

Due to his vast experience in the legal field, Francis oversees the registration of Trademarks, obtaining of probate grant and also attending to the processes of perfection of title documents.
