THE FIRM
 

Situated in the heart of Lagos, the firm was established in 1977 by late Chief Olapade Odanye after he resigned his appointment with United Trading Company (UTC), where he served as Legal Adviser/Company Secretary. Prior to his appointment with UTC, Chief Odanye Worked as Crown counsel with the old Western Region of Nigeria.

 It is upon this dais of achievement that the firm is staffed by a number dynamic lawyers who understand the need for excellence, trust and communication in proffering our legal services. We strive to think out of the box in everything we do.

 For over three decades we have served as advisers to national and multinational corporate clients, family businesses, private individuals and entrepreneurs.  Due to our affiliations with international law firms, we are able to provide cutting edge indigenous advise which we believe will help our client to achieve their goals not just nationally, but also internationally.
